Storm Documentation
After a storm passes, we document what we observed: damaged structures, downed trees, flooding, and infrastructure impacts — recorded with location, time, and observed conditions.
Post-storm field records
Local Media

Safety before footage. Always.
Deployment statuses
Three states. Nothing more.
No military-style readiness codes. A mission is monitored, deployed, or terminated.
STANDBY
Weather potentially warrants monitoring. Personnel watch NWS products, SPC outlooks, radar, and local observations.
DEPLOYED
Conditions justify field observation and documentation. NWO-01 is in the field.
TERMINATED
Mission complete. The vehicle returns and documentation is processed and archived.

Not a command vehicle. Not an emergency vehicle. A navy crossover with a removable field-observer magnet and minimal auxiliary lighting — visible enough that roadside work is safe, never mistaken for an official response unit.
